Welcome from the HCMS PTA!

The PTA is a rewarding way to meet other parents/guardians in our school community and a way for you to make a difference in your child’s middle school experience!

Our monthly PTA meetings are generally held at 7pm, the second Thursday of each month in the HCMS Media Center (check the calendar below) - hope to see you there!

Sincerely,

    Wendy Jackson
    HCMS PTA President

Please indicate if you cannot volunteer for a complete shift - all help is appreciated. Please sign up on VolunteerSpot or contact Ms. Spearman in the Media Center (410) 313 - 6929 if you are able to help or have any questions. Thank you for your support!

Orioles Magic is Here to Help 8th Grade Cougars!
The weather is getting warmer and that means baseball season is here! Now is the perfect opportunity to see the Baltimore Orioles play while helping our 8th grade students with their 8th grade celebration. The PTA is selling Orioles ticket vouchers, which can be used towards 48 home games this season. The vouchers are $15/each and can be traded at the Orioles Box Office for any lower level reserve seat to any Classic or Select game (excluding NYY & BOS). Click here to see the Orioles' schedule. For each voucher sold, your 8th grade child will receive $5 off their 8th grade celebration charge. If you do not have an 8th grade student, you will be helping others out. Flyers will go home in every 8th grade homeroom or print one here. Contact Eric Solomon if you have any questions.

Donate Now

Because of our success last year, the PTA is again holding a DIRECT DONATION APPEAL. It will be your primary opportunity to support PTA sponsored programs for the school year. Our goal is to provide a rich array of academic, cultural and social activities. The great thing about a DIRECT DONATION APPEAL is that 100% of all money raised will go directly to our school’s programs.
